My Top 3 Spring Fragrances

The weather really hasn't felt overly seasonal this week and I've pretty much lost all hope that the sun will make a return to the UK. However, I have been celebrating Spring everyday via my perfume really is the little things in life. When you know, you know, you know? Apologies, couldn't resist.

These are my go-to perfume picks for the Spring and Summer months as the days supposedly get warmer and drier.

1) Marc Jacobs 'Daisy', Eau So Fresh.
Daisy has been a part of my perfume collection since I first started wearing 'proper' perfume...aka, not Charlie Red. The first bottle I got was a tiny little Eau de Parfum with a funnel and refill and I've been hooked ever since. Personally, the smell reminds me of the sweets Parma Violets and summers on Cornish beaches when I was younger, so I love spritzing this on at the first sight of sun every year.

2) Chanel 'Chance', Eau Tendre.
I'll admit, this was a bit of an impulse buy the last time I was in duty free at Manchester airport. It was a panic buy of sorts, my money was burning a hole in my pocket and this was what I picked up. I hadn't heard a huge amount about the scent when I bought it, but I'm really glad I did. Chance has fast become my everyday, go-to scent that I can just spray and go and not have to think too much about or worry about it fading throughout the day. Just the other day, two of my housemates said it was 'my smell', so there's always that. Thanks, Coco.

3) Dior 'J'adore Dior', Eau de Parfum.
Out of the three, this is the most recent to my 'spring collection' and was a present at Christmas. I did have my eye on Miss Dior, but when I actually smelt it in Boots I wasn't so keen. Luckily for me, the J'adore Dior stand was ever-so-kindly sat next to it, what a nice move from Boots. I tend not to reach for this perfume as much as the other two, because I'm hyper-aware of how much it cost but it smells amazing and I always feel fabulous when I wear it.

I hope you've enjoyed this post, I've never really written about perfume before but it's quite fascinating as every smell has a certain memory or feeling attached which is quite nice. If you enjoyed this post too, let me know and I might do my 'Top 3 Fragrances for a Night Out' or something similar?

What are your everyday Spring scents?
