April Wishlist

Yet another month has been and gone in 2015! Why is time going so fast?? For me, April is looking to be full of essays and revision but at least I am home with my family and can take full advantage of a fully stocked fridge and freezer to keep me going through it all. Can I get a 'hell yeah' to the carton of Peanut Butter Cup Ben & Jerry's sat on the second shelf down?

As it is the start of a new month, I am spoiling you rotten with yet another instalment (check out my March entry here) of the items I am currently lusting after and yet refusing to buy! This month, as opposed to the makeup focus of March, it is more aimed towards clothes and shoes. We have now had some rare glimpses of actual sun here in the UK and I have had the sudden realisation that my wardrobe is full of heavy-knit jumpers and monochrome clothing. Seriously, I seem to have an unhealthy aversion to any form of colour aside from black, white and grey. Whilst the picks above are all still in the same colour wheel, I'm making baby steps towards bringing in brighter colours and patterns for the summer.

Here is my April monthly wishlist:

1) ASOS Lower Pointed Double Strap Ballet Flats in Lavender Blue - £22.00
I was first drawn to the black and white patterned version of these, but after seeing the shade of blue in this pair I quickly moved on. Out of all of the things on my wishlist this month, these flats are my most wanted and the item which I will probably buy. I have visions of myself prancing, yes I said prancing, about on holiday in these come June.

2) Too Faced Bulletproof Brows - £22.00
Brows on Fleek, is that the saying? I don't know. At the moment, I am really loving Benefit's Gimme Brow and I can't see that changing. But, who knows? I do really love the packaging and brush that comes with this product. Maybe I'll cave if I'm feeling particularly frivolous one day...

3) ASOS Rivington High Waist Denim Jegging - £30.00
I don't currently own a pair of grey jeans and that's why I need these...did I convince you? No, I didn't convince myself either. I know these are technically jeggings but they look absolutely amazing. It's probably the fit of them on the model, but I am so close to clicking add to basket! I've never owned jeggings before either.

4) ASOS Ultimate Crop Tops (3 Pack) - £12.00
Okay, I know I said I was trying to move away from the monochromatic blacks, greys and whites. But give a girl a chance! Every wardrobe needs the staple basics and mine need updating.

5) Tess Cut Work Ankle Boots in Tan - £28.00
I do already own a pair of tan ankle boots, but what drew me to this particular pair was the V-cut by the ankle. It's so different and I keep clicking back to Boohoo's page to see if they look any less appealing...they don't FYI.

What are you coveting for the month of April?
